What is your warranty and return policy?
Our Warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Duration of warranty typically ranges from 6months to 1year depending on the product.
Customers can usually return items within 7 to 14 days from the purchase or delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition and a receipt is required for any return or exchange item.
What are the terms of Payment and your reservation policy?
Customers are often required to pay full amount at the time of purchase inside the store. This can be done via credit/debit cards, bank transfers or cash. For a custom or large orders, we may accept a downpayment or deposit of 30% to 50% of the total cost, with the remaining balance due upon delivery or completion.
Reservations are valid for 10 to 20 days with a required deposit of 10% to 20% of the total cost .
Do you offer customized items?
At Prime Concept we offer customized furniture, our team of design professionals will help you find the right furniture, materials, and finishes that suit your space and lifestyle. Customer will give the final approval of the design before production begins.
What are your delivery terms?
We offer free delivery within Sta. Cruz, Laguna area and for orders over a certain amount is free of charge. A delivery fee may apply on locations that is long-distance or outside the standard radius.
